In December 2012 I was based at the Halka Art Project in Istanbul. Everyday for three weeks I set out from the Red Room in a pair of red shoes in search of people, places and things in Kadikoy that had a relationship with the colour red. I collected 432 photographs, 11 videos and 2 audio clips. The archive remains at Halka housed in a wooden crate. The archive files are in books made from red cardboard. In September 2013 Red was previewed at The Big Red as part of Deptford X Fringe.
