Mining today was mostly about all things miniature. The model man above dressed in two shades of blue is conducting an anchor trial. I learnt that the blue bulbs from 01/02/12’s post belong to an old camera flash. They can only be used once. These rare blue lights were saved and returned to their rightful home on a shelf with the Olympus’s and Box Brownies. Next week I will be keeping my eyes peeled for the scorpions that live in the dockyard wall…

I ventured outside into the icy blue. I followed the path marked by ghostly tracks. It took me past a makeshift memorial. I found beauty in dots and fragments of foam.

Today I donned my three coloured blue all star boots and ventured for the first time into the attic of the Blue Town Heritage Centre.  I carved out a corner in the mayhem to work from (with a view of Whelan’s garden ornament manufacturers yard) and uncovered my first blue specimens blue light bulbs, blue signs and a blue boat.
